01What do you need from us to start?

The site location, whatever you already have — survey data, drawings, existing models — and your deadline. If you are not sure what you have, send what you can and we will tell you what is missing.

02Can you work with the files we already have?

Point clouds, IFC and Revit models, DWG drawings, shapefiles and GeoJSON are all normal inputs for us. Tell us the formats you work in and what you need to hand to your own stakeholders, and we will work to both ends.

03Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, on request, before you share anything sensitive. Mention it in your message and we will send one over.

04Who owns the deliverables?

Ownership is set out in writing in the proposal before any work starts, so there is nothing ambiguous to resolve at the end of a project.

05How do you price work?

Fixed price where the scope is clear, and a day rate for exploratory or ongoing work. Either way you get the number in writing before anything begins. The budget range you pick above only helps us suggest a sensible approach.

06How long does a project take?

It depends on the size of the site and the state of the incoming data, which is why we ask for both up front. You will get an indicative timeline in the first reply rather than after a discovery call.

07What if we only need advice?

That is a normal request. Book a call and we will tell you what we would do. There is no obligation to hire us to do it.
